At-Home Consultation
A board-certified emergency medicine physician will provide you with specialized personal care from the safety & ease of your home. This is the basic full-service package as outlined in Request Consultation. Three-level care system for simple price modeling.

Level 1 Care
Involves a home visit for a non-complicated medical issue. Minimal diagnostic studies and minimal follow-up. Eg. chief complaint of sore throat. Strep Culture sent. Scripts called into the pharmacy. Approx 20-30 minute visit
Level 2 Care
Involves moderately complex medical issues. Would include a basic bedside procedure. Administration of IV or IM medication. Ordering of interpretation of labs or imaging. Follow-up phone call and/or text communication. Eg. Laceration Repair. Stomach virus requiring fluids/meds. Approx 30-45 minute visit.
Level 3 Care
Involves a complex medical issue. May require multiple labs, advanced imaging (CT/MRI). Discussion with and/or referral to a specialist. Referral to ER/Hospital for further evaluation. Multiple follow calls/texts. Eg. Acute abdominal pain. Shortness of breath =>pneumonia. Greater than 60-minute visit.
Telemedicine Visit
See a doctor over our secured virtual platform. Through our virtual experience, you can bring up concerns to our medical specialists and ask any questions, while receiving comprehensive medical care with no physical interaction.
Phone Consultation
Short, sweet, & simple. A phone consultation allows a patient at ask questions, have a conversation with a physician, and gain more information about the medical situation.
TeleMed Video Consultation
If you would not like to meet in person, but still interact with a physician in a personal matter, video consultation is the way to go. The physician can identify issues with sight and understand if further evaluation is needed.
COVID-19 Testing
SARS-Covid-19 testing is critical to turning the tide of this pandemic. With Rapid testing, we are able to test businesses, large-scale gatherings, and weddings.

Covid-19 Rapid Testing & PCR Testing
With our at-home style of practice, we are in a unique position to provide our patients with rapid & accurate COVID-19 testing. The BD Veritor™ Plus System provides reliable COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) results in 15 minutes. PCT testing is also available and used predominantly for medical and travel accommodations.
Covid-19 Antibody Testing
Two reasons to get this test. One, you are looking to see if you have already had Covid-19 in the past. Two, test how effective your Covid-19 Vaccine is by checking your Antibody count. This can determine how long or if you have immunity to the virus.
