Our staff of physicians and physician assistants, registered nurses and technicians, and competent front office personnel allows OnCall to provide a wide range of medical services as well as patient education. We are as committed to health maintenance as we are to high quality health care.


Pulsed Light Therapy
New at OnCall is the ability to treat unsightly hair and skin lesions (such as freckles, age spots, spiders veins and acne) with intense light therapy. This quick easy treatment method is affordable and permanent. Ask for a free evaluation and spot test!

Primary Care
OnCall is a full-service provider of primary medical care for all major HMO and insurance companies. With the added convenience of our extended office hours and walk-in appointments, we find our services much in demand. We can also provide minor plastic surgery services in-office.

Urgent Care
With our capacity to handle most non-life threatening injuries or illnesses and our in-office lab, x-ray and trauma facilities we are able to promptly and efficiently care for the vast majority of medical and surgical emergencies including wound repair on site.

Occupational Health
Our staff has been providing physical exams and medical clearances for employers for over 15 years. We are a NIDA certified drawing station for drug screens and have been providing ability to work exams for City of Troy employees on an acute basis for several years.

Drug Testing and Screening
OnCall has the capability to do NIDA drug testing for government and work purposes and on-site immediate drug screens for personal purposes.

Workers' Compensation Care
The staff of OnCall Medical is skilled in providing care for all aspects of the medical and surgical treatment of work related problems including wound repair and bone splinting.

Xrays
OnCall has a new digital radiology suite using the latest technology to provide complete imaging services. Our certified technologists can perform the appropriate studies and even provide copies on CD for the patient to take to their doctor or specialist. Our staff radiologist reads and provides official reports on all x-rays take at OnCall.

Laboratory Facility
Our CLIA certified laboratory allows us to perform many lab tests immediately on-site. Other tests not performed on-site are sent to the appropriate laboratory with finished reports back usually within 24 hours.

Pulmonary Function Testing
Is a useful test for the evaluation of breathing disorders or to provide the assurance of normal lung function for the concerned employer. Our equipment provides a complete test of pulmonary function with full documentation of the results.

Electrocardiography
Our ECG equipment allows us to evaluate cardiac conditions in a prompt and complete fashion. Our board-certified physicians are well-versed in the interpretation of ECG’s and the treatment of cardiac medical problems.
