Mark A. Schimelman, MD FAAEM
Dr. Schimelman was born in Portsmouth, NH and graduated from Cornell University in 1968. He received his MD from SUNY Health Science Center in Syracuse, NY and did a residency in Emergency Medicine at Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center. He received his board certification in 1979 and came to the Capital District in 1984. He has been practicing family medicine since 1985 when he founded On-Call.

Raphael M. Verdile, MD
Dr. Verdile is a Capital District native whose family is well-known in both the medical and restaurant fields. He graduated from Siena College and received his MD from Albany Medical College. He took a residency in Radiology at Albany Medical Center and has practiced Radiology for 30 years. He is a co-founder of On-Call Medical Services and provides formal radiologic consultation to the practice.

Pauline Kahng, RPA-C
Pauline has been a physician assistant for almost 30 years and received her training at Yale University School of Medicine. She has practiced in the Capital District as well as New Mexico. She has worked in a multitude of specialties as well as family medicine and emergency medicine.

William Stoecklin, RPA-C
William joined our group in 2004 and brings over 10 years experience as a registered radiology technologist along with certification as a Physician Assistant in 2003. We appreciate his contagious sense of humor as well as caring concern for his patients.
